If you would like to exchange any clean, unused items in your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to file an exchange request. We will get back to you within one to two business days. We kindly ask that you cover shipping on the item you wish to exchange and we will happily provide shipping on your new item.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Studio Ford purchase, you may return your clean, unused textile to our studio address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We kindly ask that you cover shipping on the item you wish to return. Please email email@example.com to file a return request. We will get back to you within one to two business days.
All international sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before placing your order. We will be happy to help!
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
