TERMS OF SALE
By making payment for and receiving delivery of Studio Ford products, the purchaser agrees to the following terms:
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise noted in a separate agreement.
All sales are in USD unless specified otherwise.
Accepted forms of payment include ACH/Wire Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and Check.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all banking fees associated with the payment method.
All packing, shipping, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and other associated fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless specified otherwise in writing.
All sales are final. Studio Ford does not accept returns.
Prices listed on the invoice are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any modifications to pricing after this period are subject to change.
Exchange Policy:
Studio Ford offers exchanges for goods or store credit only. Items must be clean and unused.
To initiate an exchange, email studio@studio-ford.com. Requests will be processed within 1-2 business days.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
International Purchases:
Studio Ford is pleased to offer international shipping. To receive an accurate shipping quote, please contact studio@studio-ford.com before placing your order.
All international sales are final, and exchanges cannot be accommodated for these orders.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Studio Ford will provide the purchaser with a shipping quote for approval. The approved shipping cost will either be included in the invoice or invoiced separately depending on the timing of the shipment. Items will not be released for shipment or local pickup until payment has been made in full.
Local Pickup: If the purchaser organizes local pickup, items will be lightly packed for hand-carry, not for shipping. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the items fit through elevators, doors, hallways, and other access points to their intended destination. Additional fees for access difficulties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Timeline: In-stock items typically ship within 2-5 business days of payment unless otherwise noted, subject to availability. Studio Ford is not responsible for delays or inaccurate delivery time estimates.
International Shipping: Shipping quotes for international orders are valid for 7 days. If the purchaser does not approve the quote within this time frame, a new shipping quote may be required. The purchaser is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and any additional applicable fees. Studio Ford is not responsible for quoting or covering customs-related fees.
Loss or Damage: Studio Ford is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
CLAIMS
The purchaser must inspect all items upon delivery. For visible damage to the package or item:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt as "Damaged - Subject to Inspection."
Notify Studio Ford within 48 hours of delivery by emailing studio@studio-ford.com.
Provide photographs of the packaging and the item, retaining all packaging and products for inspection.
Studio Ford cannot accept responsibility for damages or claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS & VARIABILITY NOTICE
Studio Ford’s products may exhibit variations in pattern, shape, color, and size due to their handcrafted or limited-production nature. These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of the unique quality of the items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these reasons.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting studio@studio-ford.com. After this period, all sales are final. Studio Ford does not accept returns.
STORAGE FEES
If the purchaser requests storage beyond the initial 30-day holding period, a storage fee of $10 per item per day will apply. Items stored beyond 30 days will be moved to a storage facility, and additional storage and handling charges will be invoiced to the purchaser.
