The film follows two strangers, each an outsider to the city in their own way, as they drift through Jaipur and encounter four nymph-like figures.

A king whose presence interrupts—not to seduce, but to remind them that nothing here truly belongs to anyone.

A snake who exists as a story within the city, shifting with each telling. Some say she is a dancer, others a queen. Her body and her cloth are never fixed.

A group of musicians who appear and reappear, rearranged each time, yet always playing the same tune.

A print master who has become part of his craft, consumed by repetition, precision, and habit—a man fused to the rhythm of the dye.

Through these encounters, stories begin to surface: of a color that refuses to remain where it is placed, of a dye that absorbs the hues of its wearer, and of objects that cannot be held without changing.
